Rizwan.Tayabali recently posted a blog on waterfall v agile which I interpreted very much as process v people.
I responded with the following comment:
- just picking up on the point about people and process - the agile manifesto states People over Process in the statement "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools " but does qualify that with "That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more." And with this qualification allows for process but not at the expense of and only for the benefit of - the people.
