Once a User Story has been added its possible to start entering Conversation notes immediately. In order to flick between User Stories, Conversation and Confirmation notes use the menu above the story. To enter a Conversation Note 
1. click on the Conversation menu item

2. enter data into the conversation field

3. If a conclusion has already been reached record it in the Current Conclusion field (even if its an interim conclusion)

4. If the Conversation note is likely to constitute a change i.e. may require the generation of another user story then record this with the Is Change? check-box

5. When finished click the Add New button

Conversation notes are ordered by most recent modification date then most recent creation date. To edit a conversation note click the conversation menu item to view all the conversation notes for the selected user story then edit the relevant field and click the Update this row button.

Its not possible to delete a conversation note - rather than deleting it its better to make a note that the current conclusion is that the conversation isn't important (right now) - because it might just become important again later.
