Once a User Story has been added its possible to start entering Confirmation notes immediately. In order to flick between User Stories, Conversation and Confirmation notes use the menu above the story. To enter a Confirmation Note 
1. Click on the Confirmation menu item

2. Enter data into the confirmation field

3. If a test script has been created for this confirmation note then check the relevant check-box

4. If the confirmation note has been tested and signed off check the relevant check-box

5. When finished click the Add New button

Confirmation notes are ordered by most recent modification date then most recent creation date. To edit a confirmation note click the confirmation menu item to view all the confirmation notes for the selected user story then edit the relevant field and click the Update this row button.

Its not possible to delete a confirmation note - rather than deleting it its better to make a note that the test isn't important (right now) - because it might just become important again later.
